How to accept donations for your WARDOGS server
Servers cost money every month. WARPANEL lets your players back the server with a monthly tier or a one-time payment, gives their perks automatically, and Stripe pays the money straight to your bank.
Set it up
- 1.Connect StripeWARPANEL → Supporters → Connect Stripe. Stripe asks for your details and the bank account it pays out to; the money is yours, WARPANEL never holds it.
- 2.Make monthly tiersUp to 5 tiers from €2 to €100 a month, each with its own name, colour and perks.
- 3.Add one-time paymentsUp to 6: a fixed price (e.g. “VIP for 30 days · €5”) or pay what you want with a minimum — a plain donation if you give no perks.
- 4.Share your support pageEvery server gets warpanel.gg/support/<your server>. It can also sit on your server website, with a monthly cost goal and a supporter wall.
Perks you can give
Perks must follow the WARDOGS server rules: reserved slots, roles and looks — no gameplay advantage.
- A reserved slot (VIP) — added over RCON and removed when the support ends
- A Discord role — given by the WARDOGS bot once the player has linked Discord
- A gold name on your server's leaderboards and a supporter badge on their profile
- Their name on the supporter wall, and an extra perk you hand out yourself
Fees
WARPANEL keeps 3 % of each payment. Stripe's own card fee (around 1.5 % + €0.25 for European cards) comes on top, paid from the owner's Stripe account.
Questions
Can supporters cancel?
Yes, any time from warpanel.gg/supporting. Perks stay until the paid month ends.
What happens if I refund a one-time payment?
A full refund in Stripe takes its perks back automatically.
