How to grow a WARDOGS community server
Practical ways to get players onto your WARDOGS server and keep them coming back: seeding, listing, votes, Discord, events and win-back.

Players join full servers
Most players pick from the top of the server list and skip empty servers. The hardest part is getting from 0 to about 8 players — after that, the server tends to fill itself.
Pick two or three fixed seeding times a week and ask your regulars to join together. WARPANEL's seeding alert pings a Discord role when the server is close to filling, so a few people can tip it over.
Make your listing look run
A server with a banner, description, tags, language and a Discord link looks looked-after. WARPANEL's Growth page scores your listing and tells you what's missing.
- Write a one-line tagline that says what's different: rules, region, mode, community.
- Add a banner and a Discord invite.
- Turn on the kill feed so your page has stats and a leaderboard.
Votes move you up
The community list ranks by upvotes over the last 30 days, and each player can vote once every 30 days. Put the vote link in your Discord, in a scheduled in-game broadcast and in your welcome message.
WARPANEL's Growth page shows how many votes you need to pass the next server and how you compare with similar servers in your region.
Give people a reason to come back
Weekly events — a clan night, a map rotation, a prize for the top fragger — give regulars a date to plan around. WARPANEL's Events page posts them to Discord and shows them on your server page.
Welcome first-time players with a short private message: the rules, your Discord and a thank-you. WARPANEL can send it automatically.
When regulars drift away, a friendly message helps. WARPANEL's win-back finds regulars who haven't played for a while and posts a reminder to Discord.
Keep it fair
Nothing empties a server faster than an unchecked cheater or a laggy player. Answer reports quickly, keep notes so your team knows a player's history, and use the ping rule to warn before kicking.
